All prices on our website are in Euro. When placing an order for delivery outside of Ireland, you will be charged in Euro’s, and your credit card company or bank will convert the amount into your local currency. For an indication of the costs in your local currency, we suggest to use the XE Currency Converter. (This is a guideline; the actual costs may vary depending on the rate of your bank).
We accept payments via Paypal, Ideal, Mastercard and Visa, using Mollie Payments.
When you choose to pay by pre-transfer, it takes an average of two working days before your payment is final. After it's final, we'll ship your order immediately.
Although every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the colours depicted in our images, please be aware that due to monitor resolution, lighting, photo processing software and other factors, the colours in reality may (slightly) differ from the colours you've see on your device. It is almost impossible to represent colours to 100% accuracy.

Refund and returns policy
If you receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation. Please contact us immediately so we can find a suitable solution. Goods must be returned in the original packaging, and you must notify us by e-mail or telephone, within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.
We welcome your comments as it enables us to continually improve our service. We will reply within 2 working days. If the problem cannot be resolved immediately we will keep you informed about the steps we are taking to put the matter right.
Although we aim to keep reasonable stock of all of our products, it may be possible for some goods not to be in stock at the time you place your order. In the event that we cannot ship your goods within two working days of receipt of your order, we will contact you by e-mail to inform you about the situation and ask whether we should proceed with the transaction. If you are looking for a specific item related to yarn, knitting and/or crocheting, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to investigate whether we can offer it to you.
