What is the average shipping time for my order?
During our final sale orders will be shipped as soon as possible, but always within 3 working days. Usually your order arrives:
- the next working day when you're in The Netherlands
- within 5-11 working days when you're in Europe
- within 7-12 working days when you're outside of Europe
I have a question. How can I reach you?
You can contact us via the contact page or via Facebook messenger. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Do you offer track and trace?
To keep costs reasonable, our standard international shipping is without Track & Trace. If you want you order to be shipped with Track & Trace, please contact us before proceeding through checkout.
Can I add items to my order once the payment is completed?
Please contact us immediately (preferably by) Facebook Messenger or e-mail, and we will do our utmost best to meet your request.
I'm from outside of Europe: can I shop in my own currency in your webshop?
Unfortunately you can't change the currency from Euro to your own currency, but you can use this currency converter to calculate prices in your own currency.
Why do you ask the question "how should the delivery address be displayed on the package" when I proceed through checkout, after having already entered my address?
Our website is hosted by a Dutch provider and unfortunately the address format is also Dutch. To be sure your order won't be delayed due to the fact we didn't display your address the right way, we ask you to write it down a second time, in the designated box. We apologize for the inconvenience.
